Warm-up: choosing and training the team

The Mid program starts with the definition of the Management Squad, composed of Mid consultants and employees of your company. In addition to defining this team, we also carry out training for you and the main leaders of your company through Falconi Road of Skills & Talents (FRST). Theoretical training combined with solving real problems will favor not only the absorption of knowledge by individuals, but also concrete results for your company.
