Responsible for Mid, Falconi’s company specialized in medium-sized companies, Marina has a degree in Administration with emphasis on Finance from IBMEC Business School, a postgraduate degree in Business Economics at PUC, and participated in executive educational programs at the London Business School.
At Falconi since 2007, she has worked in private institutions in Brazil in different sector of the economy and has extensive international experience, having executed projects in the United States, China and several countries in Europe. At Falconi, she was responsible for operating in Europe and negotiating with Global companies in Europe and Brazil.
At Falconi since 2008, Rafael Silveira is a specialist in management, having worked on projects in Brazil and Europe, in the private sector, in various segments such as: Finance, Telecommunications, Oil & Gas, Mining, Health, and in the public sector at state levels and municipal. He has expertise in goal deployment, process optimization, organizational redesign, expense control and business routines. Graduated in Economic Sciences from the Federal University of Juiz de Fora.
Responsible for structuring and implementing Inside Sales at Mid, Bernard Texeire is a senior management consultant at Falconi (Brazil and Europe) with intense experience in goal deployment, process review, organizational restructuring, revenue increase and cost/expense reduction in various segments (services, retail, industry, agribusiness, among others).
Mentor of the FRST Program (Leadership Development) in the course “Leader who achieves goals” and Instructor of the “Management by Guidelines” course.
A Mid-co-founder, Luigi is the Product & Tech Manager responsible for the product and platform management and development. He is also responsible for data solutions. At Falconi since 2018, he has experience with construction and financial services segments, implementing goal solutions, organizational and processes restructuration, agile methodology, and OKRs. Before that, he worked in the civil construction industry, developing projects with 3D modeling and augmented reality in constructions – BIM. Graduated in Civil Engineering, with an Academic Laureate from the Federal University of Santa Catarina, he is currently enrolled in a postgraduate course in Advanced Finance at INSPER.
Ana is a senior consultant with over 13 years of experience in different companies and segments, such as Ambev, Gerdau, Stone, B2W, C&C, Protege, Qualicorp, among others. She has a consolidated performance in leading multidisciplinary teams, supporting clients in improving their results, and team development. Among the solutions she worked with, the ones that stand out are the implementation of strategic initiatives, goals deployment, expense optimization, operational efficiency and standardization, sales planning, and processes and commercial routines restructuration. Graduated in Business Administration at UFMG, International Exchange at HEC Liège (Belgium) in Business Administration, and postgraduate in Finance and Controllership at IBMEC.
André Chagas Correa is an electrical engineer graduated from the Federal University of Minas Gerais and a specialist in management with an emphasis on Finance from Fundação Dom Cabral. He has been with Falconi for 18 years, he works as a Senior Consultant, applying management methodologies with a focus on improving the operating and financial results of public and private organizations from different segments. PMP Certification – Project Management Professional, (PMI – Project Management Institute).
At Falconi since 2008, Henrique Barbosa is a specialist in management, having worked on projects in Brazil and the United States. He has experience in various segments of the private sector such as: Mining, Steel, Retail, Media, Health and Third Sector. He has expertise in goal deployment, organizational redesign, expense control, project management and business routines. Graduated in Economics and specializing in Marketing at UFMG. He is certified by PMI as a Project Management Professional (PMP).
Erick worked for about ten years at Falconi and returned to Mid in 2021. He is a management expert, having worked on several projects and in different organizations. He has experience in several segments such as Services, Telecommunications, Retail, and Public services, with expertise in strategic planning, goal setting, process redesign, and budget management. Graduated in Business Administration, with a Financial Management MBA at ISAE-FGV, and specializations in Quality Management (UFPR) and Management and Projects (PUC-PR).
Graduated in Engineering from UFMG with MSc, PhD in Engineering from Colorado School of Mines, Colorado, USA, and has the title of Professor Emeritus from UFMG. He is a founding partner and member of the Board of Directors of Falconi Consultores SA. He has also been a member of the Board of Directors of AmBev since 2000. He is co-founder and chairman of the board of ISMART and member of the Advisory Board of Fundação Zerrenner. He also participates as an advisor to the Quality and Sustainability Committee of the BRF Board.
He is a Chemical Engineer graduated from UFRJ and has a Masters in Brewing Technology from the Universidad Politécnica de Madrid. He worked for 25 years at Companhia de Bebidas das Américas-Ambev and AB-Inbev, where he held positions in different areas. He was Vice President of People and Management for Latin America and North America, Vice President of Sales Canada, CEO of Labatt Brewing Company, and in 2014 he concurrently assumed the positions of CEO of Cervecería y Malteria Quilmes, Zone President of AB -Inbev for South American countries except Brazil and Executive Board Member at AB-Inbev. He left the group in April 2017 and since then has been an investor and entrepreneur in various segments, in addition to acting as a Board Member at Gerdau SA.
President of Falconi Consultores, Viviane holds a PhD in Administration from PUC Minas Gerais and a master’s in finance from Fundação Pedro Leopoldo. She started her career in 2000 working in several segments, such as food and beverage, steel and mining. Her experience spans projects in eight countries and has participated in Wharton Executive Education programs in the United States through the University of Pennsylvania.
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from FACE-PR, with specialization in Finance from FAE Business School, Executive MBA from PUC/ISAD – PR and MBA Controllership from FIPECAFI/USP. Silvio Morais was Director of Controllership at Ambev SA, where he worked for 30 years. He was a member of the Advisory Board of Fundação Antonio and Helena Zerrenner between 2006 and 2017, and is currently Executive Director and member of the Board of Directors of this Foundation. He is also a member of the Board of Directors of Instituto Ambev de Previdência Privada – IAPP and alternate member of the Board of Directors of ITAUSA.

Before, she built a successful trajectory in important advertising agencies. In 2014, she accepted Google’s invitation to help companies advance their digital transformation. Along with the executive mission, she has also become more active towards diversity in the job market, whether as a member of Mulheres do Brasil or supporting initiatives such as Afrogooglers and Gayglers on Google itself. Named one of the “Women to Watch” in the award that celebrates the achievements of female executives around the world, Monica lives in São Paulo with her husband and two children. A lifelong learning fan, she uses her free time to study sustainability at universities like Harvard and Adelaide
Nivio Ziviani is Professor Emeritus of the Department of Computer Science (DCC) at UFMG, Member of the Boards of Directors of Falconi and Kunumi, of the Advisory Board for Digital Transformation of the Brazilian Institute of Oil and Gas, and of the Technical-Scientific Council of the Institute Hercílio Randon.
He holds a Ph.D. in Computer Science from the University of Waterloo (Canada) and is a Member of the Brazilian Academy of Sciences and of the National Order of Scientific Merit in the Commander and Grand Cross classes. As an entrepreneur, he founded companies based on knowledge generation within the DCC/UFMG, namely: Kunumi (created in 2016), Neemu (acquired by Linx in 2015), Akwan (acquired by Google Inc. in 2005) and Miner (acquired by the Group Folha de São Paulo/UOL in 1999). He is the author of the book “Projeto de Algorítmos” and co-author of more than 180 scientific articles in the areas of algorithms, information retrieval and artificial intelligence. He has many hobbies, likes playing tennis, high performance cars, travelling, classical music, food and wine.
Guga Stocco has a multidisciplinary profile and extensive experience in creating digital businesses and business transformation with over 20 years working in various segments. Responsible for successful projects in different areas such as Digital Bank (Original Bank), Venture Capital (Domo Invest), Mobile and E-commerce (Buscapé), Internet Platforms (Microsoft) and Advertising (TeRespondo). He is currently a member of the Board of Directors of TOTVS and of Banco Original Lecturer in Trends and Innovation, with more than 120 lectures in Brazil, LATAM, Canada, United States, Denmark and United Kingdom. Graduated in Business Administration at FAAP in 1997, MBA in Management at Insper in 2010; Master’s Degree in Luxury Marketing Management at FAAP in 2007 and Certificate in Marketing at Berkeley, University of California in 1996.
